FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
01. How does payment work?
Most projects are divided into two payments: a 50% deposit and 50% final payment. The first payment is made before the project is begun and the final payment is made before launch.
On larger projects, we can set milestones for payments. Payments are made by bank transfer.
02. What file types will I receive?
On completion of your branding project, I will supply all the necessary files, along with an explanation of when you should use each file type. I provide JPG, PNG, PDF and EPS files. Working files (an .ai file) are owned by Savannah Leigh Design and remain in her custody, unless otherwise quoted.
03. WHAT ISN’T INCLUDED IN YOUR PRICING?

04. Do you use templates for websites?
No, each website I design starts from a blank page. Your website design is created based on your branding and my expertise in UX Design.
05. Do you provide hosting?
Unfortunately, I do not offer this service. However I can recommend hosts with amazing service & affordable rates.
06. How do we communicate?
I communicate only via emails. However, If you’d prefer to jump on a call, or meet in person (locally) at any step throughout the design process, I am more than happy to.
